Work life balance is bullshit...

Let’s jump straight into this one.
Have you ever heard of ‘False dichotomy’?
Maybe you have, maybe you haven’t.
For those that haven’t no worries here’s the meaning: A false dichotomy is a logical fallacy that incorrectly presents only two opposing possibilities when more exist, or when a spectrum of possibilities is available.
Here are some examples of this:
“You’re either with us or against us”
“If you’re not a vegan, you hate animals”
“I’d rather be happy than rich”
You can see that all have more than two options here; it's a thing people say to force you to pick a side.
Logic flaw.
Here is another example:
“Work-life balance”
What does this even mean?
Are you working while you’re dead?
Does life stop when your shift ends?
Does your life end when your shift starts?
We’re both business owners. I don’t know about you, but some of my best ideas come to me when walking in nature or just when I’m in a quiet place with my thoughts racing. Watching movies or simply talking in my circle.
I know that my work-life balance isn’t disturbed, and I know that I’m not doing life wrong.
Work is a part of life, ESPECIALLY for business owners like you and I. It never stops, does it? One bleeds into the other and that’s great.
Don’t let anyone tell you this is weird, wrong or straight up bad.
